Procedure 1: Call our customer support team.

You need to call our customer support team or contact us within 7 days from the day you received your order.

Procedure 2: Return email notification from our customer support team.

You will get an email with the pickup information. Make sure that the pick-up information is attached with the order package. One of our courier partners will schedule your return pick up in 3 to 5 working days.

Note: Ensure that the product(s) in its original packaging with no labels/bar code damaged.

Procedure 3: Inspect the returned item.

Upon receipt of the returned product(s), our return item/product department team will inspect and process for the refund accordingly.
